30% payment in advance is required to start the production. The rest of the payment has to be done before we send the whole required original documents to the consignee. After receiving the payment to our account, the original documents will be sent immediately. Should you have any question please don't hesitate to contact us.
1. Minimum Quantity
The minimum order quantity is a full container load of 1 x 20'.
2. Free Sample
Free sample is accepted when it costs not more than USD 500 with packing cost included. If the free sample has to be shipped, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility unless the order is confirmed.
1. Lead Time
1 x 20' = 6 weeks at maximum
1 x 40'/HC = 8 weeks at maximum
Custom design products may take longer lead time. If the same designs are repeated on the future order, the lead time will be the same as mentioned above ( 6 to 8 weeks at maximum).
2. Production Start
The production is started when 30% payment in advance is received to the appointed bank account.
C. Custom Design
Custom design is one of our field expertise. It is usually started by sending us the design using 2 or three dimensions technical drawings or other medias. We then execute the design by producing sample or product prototype. The progress of design execution takes a step by step progress report until the sample is approved. Product designs contain copyrighted materials and we guarantee that they are not to be reproduced unless they are permitted by the respective owners.
Customers are free to appoint the forwarding or shipping line companies. If it is delegated to us, we are good in finding competitive (in terms of price and timeliness) companies dealing with it.
E. Complaint and Guarantee
If there are any defect or broken products, we are responsible to do following actions:
1. Replacing the defect or broken products and they are shipped along the future order with the new ones. The replacements are product to product not product to amount of money in any currencies. Product replacements are shipped along with the future order.
2. Should the repair is chosen for the defect or broken products, the repairing cost should refer to our estimation of total cost occurred. The total cost is then calculated and treated as deductible amount by the future order invoice.
F. Order Cancellation
There will be no refund on order cancellation.
If point A to F are not satisfying enough, there is always a place for negotiation. Flexibility is a must in this swiftly changing world. If the the new agreement exists, it then will be the reference to the business terms.
